The interval timer app offers a minimalistic and user-friendly interface tailored specifically for circuit-style workouts. Its straightforward design facilitates quick setup: users simply input exercise duration, rest intervals, number of sets, and are ready to begin.

Feedback, feature suggestions, or bug reports can be directed via the provided Support link, whether through Facebook or directly email from within the app.

<li>Ad-free experience.</li>
<li>High-contrast, minimalist design with white text on a black background for optimal readability.</li>
<li>Audio cues signal when to start and stop each exercise.</li>
<li>An optional warm-up or preparatory period before commencing the workout, which can be disabled by setting to 00:00. This feature is particularly useful for short routines like 20-second Tabata sets.</li>
<li>The Settings screen displays an estimated total workout duration, accounting for warm-up time.</li>
<li>Indicators for current and total sets in the workout sequence.</li>
<li>No rest is automatically scheduled after the final exercise or if only a single set is chosen, allowing the timer to also serve as a basic countdown clock.</li>
<li>The device screen remains active throughout the session to prevent interruptions.</li>
<li>The timer automatically pauses during incoming calls or when switching to other apps.</li>
<li>Manual pause functionality enables users to pause and resume workouts at their convenience.</li>
<li>Workout configurations are preserved even if the device is turned off.</li>
</ul>
